STOP! This page regards the FL-QUIC Quality Improvement Competition
NOTE: Submissions made to the incorrect competition site will be automatically rejected. |
Florida Quality Improvement in Cardiology, (FL-QUIC) is an initiative of the chapter to recognize efforts of cardiovascular teams around the state who are working hard to improve the quality of care they deliver. We accept nominations for projects that include care coordination, to process improvements, to reducing unnecessary tests. A panel of independent judges selects the best projects.
The process is simple to enter projects. Complete this form which asks some basic questions: what problem did you address, what solution did you create, and what did you measure? Submissions must be received by April 16, 2026 to be considered for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
Up to two top scoring projects will be invited to present orally on Sunday, August 2 and will be eligible for prize money to continue the work of the project. Prize money will be awarded to the project, not an individual team member.
The Chapter may create physical posters from top scoring projects which will be displayed at the Annual Meeting. If your team's project is chosen, notifications will be sent six weeks prior to the meeting. NO editing or proofreading of submitted information will occur by Chapter Staff prior to a poster being created. For reference, please visit accfl.org/FL-QUIC-Florida-Quality-Improvement-in-Cardiology to see 2025's posters.
