Member Initiatives

FCACC supports initiatives in quality care because the chapter’s mission is to purposely look to the future and set strategic goals in order to be a strong presence in the advocacy arena (both in Tallahassee and Washington), a trusted voice with our insurance carriers, and a force of change in promoting quality and CV education.  Please see the links below for two projects that grew out of ideas from chapter members interactions and we are pleased to see being implemented through other entities.

FL-QUIC: Florida Quality Improvement in Cardiology

The Florida Chapter Quality committee wants to better understand the current state of quality cardiovascular care in Florida. To accomplish that, we have launched the Florida Quality Improvement in Cardiology (FL-QUIC) initiative.
