Marilyn Cox Cardiology FundDr. Marilyn Cox, founder of the electrophysiology program at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, will be retiring on June 30, 2023 after 27 years of dedicated service in the Tallahassee area and beyond. Dr. Cox was recruited by Southern Medical Group and TMH to develop the region’s first electrophysiology department, which has grown over the last three decades into a comprehensive, state-of-the-art program serving thousands of patients in northwest Florida and southern Georgia. In recognition of her numerous accomplishments and contributions to healthcare, the Dr. Marilyn Cox Cardiology Fund has been established at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Foundation to celebrate her retirement and support ongoing expansion and excellence in Cardiovascular care.
