UPDATE ON THE ANNUAL MEETING
The uncertainty of the next ninety days has led us to serious discussions with our Disney partners and the ultimate decision to not hold the Annual Meeting in person this year. The community that comes together for one incredible weekend of education and interaction was simply not feasible.
It is now time to pivot and adapt our annual meeting from a place of in-person connection to a virtual platform that brings together our community in a different but vibrant way.

Please note that while the exhibit area is in a separate room from the educational event it is immediately next door to the educational room. Inside the exhibit room are all the food and beverage and a poster session to maximize traffic of attendees to visit booths. The exhibit hall opens on Friday at 6:30pm with our Welcome Home dinner. Members will mix and mingle in the exhibit hall where a buffet dinner will be served. Breakfast on both days and all the breaks take place in the exhibit hall.
An email will go to the person listed on the exhibitor application as the main contact with a separate package of information about drayage and electrical options three weeks prior to the exhibit. You may choose to order electric and other amenities directly with the hotel; these are not included with the booth price.
