EXHIBITING INFORMATION

PARKING

You will be able to drive up to the Convention Center Porte Cochere to unload and then park in the convention center lot. There is a charge for valet parking; self-park is complimentary.

EXHIBIT SCHEDULE

NAME BADGES

Two name badges come with the booth fee but ALL names must be submitted via this form, which also allows you to purchase additional badges at the same time.

At the meeting, name badges and registration information will be placed on your assigned table. You do not need to check in at the registration desk unless you purchased tickets to the President’s Celebration.

Name badge changes: If the staff coming to the exhibit has changed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can have correct badges produced. Onsite, simply come to the registration desk, understanding that badges are produced on a rolling basis and will be available for pickup at the next break. 

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

One you enter the exhibit room, simply look on the exhibit tables for your company name.

TYPE OF EXHIBIT

This is a table top exhibit we do not place chairs at the tables to better facilitate meeting our attendees; there are tables and chairs for eating that you are welcome to use during the breaks.
