EXHIBITING INFORMATION

PARKING

You will be able to drive up to the Convention Center Porte Cochere to unload and then park in the convention center lot. If that lot is full you will be able to park where the dining Guests are escorted. Valet is $39 (not including tax); self-park is complimentary.

NAME BADGES

Name badges and registration information will be placed on your assigned table. You do not need to check in at the registration desk unless you purchased tickets to the President’s Celebration. If the staff coming to the exhibit has changed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can have correct badges produced. Onsite, simply come to the registration desk, understanding that badges are produced on a rolling basis and will be available for pickup at the next break. To avoid not having a badge, I encourage you to request badges in advance. I would rather have extra badges then have to make you wait while we get the attendees checked in.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

One you enter the exhibit room, simply look on the exhibit tables for your company name.

TYPE OF EXHIBIT

This is a table top exhibit we do not place chairs at the tables to better facilitate meeting our attendees; there are tables and chairs for eating that you are welcome to use during the breaks.

MEETING DRESS CODE

During the Friday Night Welcome Home Buffet Dinner and the educational sessions, business dress is expected.

FAMILY MEMBER ATTENDANCE

Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast and Educational Sessions, Sunday Breakfast and Educational Sessions are working events and family/friends are not allowed.

HOW DO I SHIP MY MATERIALS IN OR OUT?

You will need to obtain the shipping form from the Business Center - note - they close at 6:30pm on Friday, August 9 and will not re-open until Monday morning. Leave the completed form with your materials in the ballroom and the Business Center will take care of shipping on Monday, August 12.

CAN FAMILIES COME TO FRIDAY'S WELCOME HOME DINNER?

No. Friday's dinner is intended to be a time for our members to start making their rounds of our exhibitors - you'll want to be able to give them your full focus.

HOW DO I ATTEND THE PRESIDENT'S CELEBRATION (SATURDAY DINNER)? *UPDATED INFORMATION FOR 2024*

Purchase tickets through the Chapter's Square site: https://florida-chapter-american-college-of-cardiology.square.site/ by August 6. Once your purchase is completed, come to the Registration Desk to receive your wristband(s) which are your "ticket" to attend the dinner.

Be casual! Just don't wear what you'd wear to the gym.
