EXHIBITING INFORMATION

PARKING

You will be able to drive up to the Convention Center Porte Cochere to unload and then park in the convention center lot. There is a charge for valet parking; self-park is complimentary.

NAME BADGES

Name badges and registration information will be placed on your assigned table. You do not need to check in at the registration desk unless you purchased tickets to the President’s Celebration. If the staff coming to the exhibit has changed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can have correct badges produced. Onsite, simply come to the registration desk, understanding that badges are produced on a rolling basis and will be available for pickup at the next break. To avoid not having a badge, I encourage you to request badges in advance. I would rather have extra badges then have to make you wait while we get the attendees checked in.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

One you enter the exhibit room, simply look on the exhibit tables for your company name.

TYPE OF EXHIBIT

This is a table top exhibit we do not place chairs at the tables to better facilitate meeting our attendees; there are tables and chairs for eating that you are welcome to use during the breaks.

CAN FAMILIES COME TO FRIDAY'S WELCOME HOME DINNER?

Historically our Friday Welcome Home dinner has been for members, their families and exhibitors. But, NEW THIS YEAR - exhibitor families may also purchase tickets and attend Friday's dinner. There is an option to purchase guest/family tickets to our Friday Night Welcome Home Buffet featuring
character appearances and fun games as well as tickets for Saturday’s President’s Celebration Dinner in

HOW DO I ATTEND THE PRESIDENT'S CELEBRATION (SATURDAY DINNER) IN EPCOT? YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS DINNER AND THE FIREWORKS!

Purchase tickets through the same link as above: https://form.jotform.com/250655311201139 by August 1. Once your purchase is completed, come to the Registration Desk to receive your wristband(s) which are your "ticket" to attend the dinner.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE PRESIDENT'S CELEBRATION?

Be casual! Just don't wear what you'd wear to the gym.

MEETING DRESS CODE

During the Friday Night Welcome Home Buffet Dinner and the educational sessions, business dress is expected.

FAMILY MEMBER ATTENDANCE

Saturday Breakfast and Educational Sessions, Sunday Breakfast and Educational Sessions are working events and family/friends are explicitly prohibited. To purchase tickets for Friday and/or Saturday dinner, see the purple box.
