Cancellation Policy
Written
cancellations received more than 10 days prior to the meeting will be
granted, minus a 7% processing fee. Written cancellations received less
than 10 days prior to the meeting will receive a refund minus a 40%
processing fee due to the non-refundable costs the Chapter will have
incurred with the hotel.
